Winter is coming!

With the approach of the cooler season work on the Happie Skoolie will slow down some. Less daylight is the biggest factor, but the weather also plays a part. The two milestones were are working towards, foam insulation and exterior paint, require a certain weather conditions and we are not sure these will be in the forecast until spring. Regardless we will continue to do what we can on the electricals and overall mechanical aspects of the build.

We have been surprised at the amount of “behind the scenes” work. Figuring out floor plans, deciding what appliances to purchase, learning how to do all the things we currently have not clue about (solar power and composing toilets?!?) takes a lot of time. We may not be puttering in the drive way but nonetheless we are hard at it.
